Work wise - lots of rivalries - issues with communication. I just see a lot of arguing and frustration caused by others. There's some back stabbing I'm seeing/betrayal that'll likely happen if you are not cautious enough. The work environment I'm seeing is not very friendly, very aggressive. No one really is anyone's friend. You will feel very frustrated a lot of times because there will likely be setbacks that are out of your control. There will definitely be people who will try to make you look incompetent. If there's some superior involved then you two will have difficulties with each other like you two will butt heads.
