make up post from yesterday! it was solo back, and a good solo back day it was! a good number of my lifts went up in weight, albeit not by much but it’s progress!

Today was my active rest day. Was just walking on the treadmill for about 45 some odd minutes at a light pace while reading things on my tablet, namely researching diets. Found one i’m pretty happy with and theoretically i can do it with a good budget too. now it’s just applying what i found and see if it works. oh, and price hunting to find the right grocery store that won’t break my wallet. woo!

after i was done with that i went for a swim in my gym’s pool and jacuzzi. It was a good day overall
