Every now and then my workout feels uninspired. I think I just did too much today with everything else. Yesterday, I was upset to find out that I’m not cleared for anything more strenuous than WALKING. Im feeling so much better today!!!! I’ve been moving heavy furniture around my basement for hours, and I did half of my prescribed workout. I’ve got my clothes laid out so I complete the other half in the morning and I’ll do a full workout tomorrow evening. I’ve never done so many pushups in my life!!! All I wanted after this terrible two-hour commute home was an easy workout and a glass of wine.
