Adding the Hover Effect

I wanted to create an effect that was suitable with the minimalist style using CSS. After looking at the link in the previous post, I then came up with the idea to enlarge the image on hover using the scale element. I also added a link to the html with goes to the same as the button link. The results of the hover effect are as above.
