Especially when your mind knows that what is to come is going to be tough. So for a Friday fun tip let me share with you some idea of what really works for me two very simple things. One simple thing: Do not ever allow yourself to not complete what you set out to do. Pretty straight forward do you agree, and I bet you know where I'm going with this one. Second simple thing: Make a plan to follow detailed with everything you need to do before you go into your war space, fungeon whatever you call the Gym in your life! This will make it super easy if you are dead serious about number one number two will get you there! Pre-plan what you are going to do, even if it's on the back of a till-slip or whatever, and then make sure you get it done!
