Chiaki Ichijou, the daughter of Masaru and Sasha. Masaru carried considering that they’re capable of choosing to appear in a male or female humanoid form. Though she’s capable of hiding her fox-like features, her default human form has the unusual shade of gold and the white hair associated with Masaru.

Like her father Sasha however,she has a tired sort of expression, but a curiosity about the world. Still, she spends a lot of their time around nature, just like her parents. Masaru spoils Chiaki, and she loves both of her parents. Like Sasha, she prefers using a saber in combat.

the scent was faint, but close enough for tanjiro to notice. STRANGE -- this scent didn’t belong to that of a demon, but also, not entirely human either. whatever it was, it didn’t cause that much of a concern ... especially since there was a hint of sadness that accompanied this unique scent. he would stop and investigate -- probably make sure whatever that was, was okay -- but he had another mission to attend to. adjusting the straps of the makeshift box on his back, he continued onward through this forest path.

( meta prompt ) How Dante fits himself into the public eye not only as a man with an infamous name, but as a non-human in general. How has that fluctuated over the course of DMC3's events, to Post-DMC5?

HEADCANON 344.   its fluctuated here and there throughout his life  ;  during the time of devil may cry 3 he wasn’t really   deep   in the aspect of his infamy of  dante the legendary demon hunter  yet but coming off the coattails of his former name being dragged through the mud.  he wasn’t comfortable,  or as accepting of his demon side like he is in dmc5 and thus would retort and get aggressive at the slightest mention of his father and that he held a part of that side.  his demon side,  so far,  has only brought him trouble after trouble and pain  –  why on earth would he want to accept it  /  himself in the public eye in that manner.

as he moved on and throughout the games and everything,  he’s come to accept himself and subsequently that he’s a cambion  ;  he’s got a foot in both worlds.  he’s not as against it  ;  he’s tasted the power of his legacy  –  or at least who he is and he holds onto it.  not in the same way as vergil did but he accepts both sides   ;   one isn’t more or the other   (   until dmc5 at least  –  where he’s got a little more demon going for him than anything else  BUT  he cherishes his humanity.  it keeps him  him.  ).  

dante fits himself to those in redgrave that still are alive and exist as someone who’s human  –  he doesn’t want to be seen as much else even though a small subset of those in the city believe him to be a monster.  they’re not wrong but not in the way they see him.  he’s come to accept things that have happened and  . .  well  . .  he’s more alright with it all.  he’s infamous,  he’s a rare cambion and he’s accepted both sides of himself against when he despised himself for being part demon  –  and sparda.
