Honestly I'm surprised that Accord didn't have a bigger problem with Skitter. Someone's going around collecting every insect in a several-city-blocks-long radius, at the very least displacing them and more likely than not sending them to die. The foundation of the ecosystem is being thrown around as ammunition and Mister Perfect Harmony and Balance doesn't notice?
