it’s a messy situation because jk thinks of something else and oc another, the saddest part is both jk and oc have assumed the worst and it’s fixed in their head.
jk assumed it was probably a friendly text, and oc said “i love u” lightheartedly and hana mistook it for something else, meanwhile oc thinks she fucked up and now he KNOWS that she likes him so it triggered the avoidant in her, now she will do everything and anything to avoid him, whereas jk is still a little heartbroken over his breakup, and not over hana completely, and he can be really pessimistic at times, he blames himself for the fallout with oc and believes she cut him off because he didn’t make any effort to stay in touch with her or even wish her on her 22nd birthday, so he’s in his “yeah she probably doesn’t wanna talk to me anymore” mindset.
