In the ongoing theme of pictures of how I look with a temporary physical problem, today I include my helpful ankle brace in my pictures. My ankle brace was not very helpful earlier on, but now that the swelling has come down a bit and I can fit it on my foot it’s doing a bang up job of keep my ankle where it belongs while the remainder of the healing finishes up (we hope).
I have also decided to swear off green eye shadow forever or at least reserve it for days like today where no one can see how inevitably I fuck it up and the lower half of my eye is sickly green until I wash my whole entire face. Too bad because green eye shadow is the tops.
This upcoming week people from the international offices of my employer will be in our main office where I will get to meet a bunch of new and old people who just learnt last week that I’m a girl now and I’ve got tits and everything. That won’t be at all awkward, and absolutely will not place enormous amounts of additional stresses on me.
