recently found my mind wandering to that one ask about spinel as a permablimp, and while my brain was buzzing i managed to think up of some precursor to those shenanigans
Either it was Maxim proposing the idea to his beloved... or perhaps, more likely, it was Spinel who wanted to try it for a while, if not longer - and it would all start with some kind of ritual, as makes sense with all the eldritch shit Maxim does lmao, (candles optional) - Spinel moving to stand in the middle of a triangular marking on the ground, shimmering with ethereal hues, as symbols manifest in and around said marking, quickly evaporating into a kind of eldritch, ethereal fog, also shimmering with ethereal hues - Spinel begining to gently floating upwards as the fog surrounds her for a moment, almost cradling her in a way, before forming into a little cloud in front of her, and then rushing right into her, beyond quickly inflating her into a nice, round blimp, letting out soft creaks and squeaks as she floats gently down, bobbing against the floor, as the same triangular marking dissappeared from the floor, reappearing on her blimped up form, before dissipating
Maxim most likely then gets a gentle hold on Spinel, turning her to face him, before giving her a little kiss - as she deserves for being so sweet and adorable; and only the begining of the sweet pampering and spoiling of the blimpy silly slinky, which Maxim cannot wait to treat her to
