Originally when WL!Shrimpo invades the canon world, all of canon Shrimpos twisted forms just stop showing up on runs. And thats still true for the story. However, sooner or later, an update version of "Twisted Shrimpo" starts spawning again.
And its basically a lethal.

He goes back to full-size for a limited time. BUUUUUUT, he completely loses it and isn't able to control himself properly.
