Australia has to really buck up on defense if they wanna overcome Canada
Mixed division, I'm all over the Worlds coverage.
Imagine if I could get paid for this? I could totally do live play-by-play.
Wow
And just like that USA is in the finals!!
Hard fought battle from both teams. That's what high-level Ultimate looks like.
Oh my god... DGP for USA and Canada
Morgan Hibbert with the huge hustle play to put it to 16's.
Next point is in finals. LET'S GO REVOLVER.
Ohshitohshitohshit first semifinal: Great Britain v. Sweden
Sweden pulled an upset over Japan yesterday, and is now in the first semi-final against GB. If Sweden beat JP, they must be a good team, so this is bound to be a good game.
Flatball.
WAIT JOLIAN DAHL IS PLAYING FOR GREAT BRITIAN
HE'S BRITISH?! WHY DID HE PLAY FOR COLORADO AND THEN ATLANTA?
Whatever, he's handsome as fuck.
Yo what
That was the sickest throw I think I've ever seen. Beautiful huck by Australia.
Canada v. Colombia
Canada is the number 1 seed of the tournament, and Colombia is in the 8 spot.
The Colombian team is fairly young (new) and so they're still working out their national team, as well as the scene in the rest of the country. In 2008 they had a full tryout for the whole country, but this year they put in the team that won the national title.
Canada has been one of the strongest teams in the world for years, and nothing has changed recently. They're still the powerhouse of a team they've been for the past eight or so years. However, they've made a bunch of personnel changes so they've got a bunch of new players this year. They've added a bunch of guys from further out in Canada than they normally would, and they're big names.
Gonna be a good match.
