The rest of my silly iterators~ Gazing Within Stars is the Senior, followed by Waves Upon Open Skies, Longing Etterath, Saturns Foley and then Whispered in Roots. They're not a traditional local group by any means, but I'll explore that more in bigger post (with more recent art)

So someone before I uh deleted my blog someone asked about my Oc's, I believe it was @ardienothesieno, if not sorry for tagging you my guy!

We'll specifically be looking into the New Constellations group in the order they were found and added in.

Starting with Gazing Within Stars (grey) and Whispered In Roots (pink)

Stars and Roots originate from the same local group, with him being the oldest and senior and her being the newer cheerful addition. Stars is like the sweet old grampa on your street who will listen to you ramble for hours, even if he doesn't understand what you're talking about. He gives great advice and encouragement to younger gens, helping and talking them through their frustrations with the problem and their ancients. Roots is very peppy and upbeat, never getting deterred or tired of working on the problem, due to Stars influence on her she tends to not dwell on past mistakes or hold onto the anger and negative feelings her ancients left her with after ascension and makes the best of her circumstances. After their original group had collapsed and it was just the two of them, she was to one to offer the idea of looking for iterators in the same situation as them, trying to get Stars out of his depressive state and working again. Eventually he agreed and they soon found another stranded iterator.

Longing Etterath is an early gen 2 iterator, due to poor placement of the rest of his group, they collapsed and went offline some time after the ascension. Etterath was not notified due to having his communications turned off and once he bothered to check in on them, that's when he realized they were gone. Etterath wasn't to thrilled to join a new group, but Stars and Roots were persistent and Etterath eventually caved joining them (begrudgingly). Over time he warmed up to them, talking to them often and with less insults over time. Once he had decided that they wern't completely useless distractions he agreed to help look for other iterators with them, if only doing the bare minimum so he could go back to diverting his resources back to solving the problem. It wasn't to long till he stumbled across another iterator, much to his displeasure.

Saturns Foley is a late gen 2, his communications with his group were shut off by his ancients once they departed, though he wasn't aware of this and thought his group had cut him off. It didn't phase him though as he is a bit chaotic at times and figured he was too annoying. He gave up on the problem early on, deciding on observing the natural fauna around him and indulging in music and movies his ancients left behind. When Etterath contacted him he was quick to spam him with messages, excited to be in contact with another iterator after so long (and also info dump to some one). He instantly hit it off with Roots, exchanging memes and photos of scav pups and slug pups. Stars fell victim to many of his ramblings or theories about the Void but enjoyed listening none the less. Foley ended up being the main one to scan the radio waves looking for other iterators when he found a distress call from the final member of the group.

Waves Upon Open Skies was built in the middle of the ocean, she's a later gen 1, so their wern't too many iterators during her first cycles and therefore never had a local group. Due to her being built so early in the ancients overlooked the fact that the ocean waters would rise with every new iterator built, damaging her structure. While her ancients were alive it was manageable, but they departed without every fully fixing her structure causing it to start to flood later on. Her structure was built differently than other iterators so she was able to manage it for a time, but once she had began sending a distress signal she knew it was only a mater of time. Upon joining the group everyone was concerned for her well being, but she had assured them she had made peace with her situation, and would only like company for whatever time she had left, along with forwarding her iterations to Etterath who assured her he would work on them since she could not. She often watched movies with Foley and guided Roots through tougher projects. Stars constantly monitored her conditions and helps her find ways to stretch her time with them.

Anyhow, those are my blorbos! Sorry for the big info dump, but also not sorry cuz I remember the ask giving me permission to ramble so y'all will just have to trust me on that lol
