Happy pride month!! And this is your friendly reminder that all straight people — especially @kazgr — are obligated to send gifts to their Queer friends and family!!

How is everyone celebrating Pride this year? Personally, I am celebrating by donating heavily to shelters for homeless Queer youth and “tarnishing” the Van Eck name according to my progenitor… Also by giving @gunslingerofthebarrell lots and lots of kisses :3

I need to start acting more unapproachable in public. These pigeons see my sweater vest and corduroy trousers and assume that I am an intelligent, well-mannered young man. Of course that illusion is quickly shattered when they ask me for directions and I stare at them like a deer while I try to remember which way is left and which is right.

If you could play one instrument for the rest of your life what would you play?

this is like asking jesper to pick just one gender for the rest of his life. I love the flute and pianoforte equally, and there are so many other instruments I want to try.

But for the sake of the hypothetical, I would say the flute. It is much more portable and we’ve been through a lot together

Longest you’ve stay awake and longest you’ve slept?

Oh okay the longest I’ve stayed awake for… uhm I think it was maybe three days? And the longest I’ve slept was either sixteen hours or five days, depending upon if you’d consider long periods of sleep only interrupted by short, hazy periods of disorientation as one sleep.

How is your room decorated?

Very cosy and a little disorganised thanks to Jes. I love it though, it makes everything feel lived in. The walls are a pretty yellow, and Mama helped me paint some flower designs around the doorframes and trim.

There’s a desk by the window that we both use. Jes will sometimes write letters to friends or practice fabrikating, and I mainly use it to draw or jot down melodies that are stuck in my head.

Then there’s what I call “Jesper’s fashion corner.” It has a mirror, chair, jewellery holder, wardrobe, and hat rack (of course). It is always messy and I love it, because it is so Jesper.

There honestly isn’t much else in there, since we have so much room in the mansion that the bedroom isn’t used for much else rather than sleeping (among other things) 😅
