Reborn! The Stage: Secret Bullet Introduction
INTRODUCTION
A mysterious baby home tutor named Reborn appeared in front of Sawada Tsunayoshi (Tsuna), a no-good middle school student. The truth is, Reborn is actually a hitman from Italy whose aim is to mold Tsuna into a Tenth boss in the mafia! From that day onwards, Tsuna’s mundane days were completely turned around, with Reborn training his “Dying Will” everyday.
The Katekyo Hitman Reborn! the Stage series started in 2018. The first play depicted Tsuna and his friends’ daily life and their showdown against Kokuyo Junior High, which was led by Mukuro. The VS Varia arc depicted the battle against the Varia, Vongola’s independent assassination squad, for the seven rings that could only be worn by Vongola’s successors. This arc was divided into two arcs, both of which were a massive hit.
This fourth stage play will showcase two stories from “Katekyo Hitman Reborn! Secret Bullet”, a 5-volume series of light novels by Koyasu Hideaki published by JUMP j Books, (Shueisha) in 2007. This will be the stage play’s first spinoff. It will depict the tale of the Varia’s day before the Vongola Ring Battles occur, and the tale of the growth of Dino, Tsuna’s older brother figure, who once trained under Reborn.
STORY

The Vongola Ring Battles ended with many things still left unexplained.
Afterwards the coup d'etat went down in Vongola’s history as the “The Cradle” came to light. Xanxus was supposed to have been frozen by the Ninth Vongola Boss due to this incident, so how he ended up reigning as the Varia Boss once more is one of the major things left unexplained.
A hint at unravelling this mystery lies in the raid that occurred a month before the Vongola Ring Battles at the manmade island Mare Diavola. A get-together was held for the big shots in the mafia in this island being developed to be a resort owned by the Vongola Family, and a mysterious armed group raided this party.
To rescue the captured top brass of the mafia, each of the Varia made their way into Mare Diavola. Meanwhile, Xanxus confronted Ottavio, the man who distanced himself from Xanxus since “The Cradle” even though he was Xanxus’ right hand since childhood.

Dino is the 10th Boss of the Cavallone Family and Tsuna’s dependable older brother figure. This is the story of when he trained under Reborn’s supervision.
“Pipsqueak Dino” was a timid boy who didn’t like to fight despite being the rightful heir as the 10th Boss of a mafia family. Unable to fit in his school where many mafia kids also attend, he was bullied by the other students everyday. When he finally managed to flee from the school and reach his hometown by the skin of his teeth, the townspeople grandly celebrated his homecoming as the Boss’ successor. Just as he was having a good time at an eatery he frequented, men in tiger-striped suits suddenly barged in and struck fear into the townspeople. His hometown has been taken over by the Irregolare, a newly rising mafia Family…
