What about story where two people born from different mythologies like one from Greek and the other from Chinese ( just an example) fall in love? They could be gods, demigods, or maybe spirits. In my mind yn is one of them and the other is yl.

Edit : example (I'm interested in greek mythology the most and my bf is Chinese)

Yn is a greek goddess or demigoddess who falls for yl whose a Chinese god or demigod. They like to learn about eachothers' culture and language. They'll be found together a lot. They are loyal and respectful to eachother. I can see them dressing up in clothing from eachothers' culture, especially for a holiday. Imagine if they had child(ren).

Yn is a relative taken in by the Cuthbert siblings. Yn loves how anne's imagination and mind are. Yn does what she can to be a guide to anne. Yn believes that anne is beautiful in her own special way, even if she doesn't see it. Yn is beautiful herself, along with kind. Yn makes sure anne knows that she's there whenever needed. Maybe anne helps yn with her love life (character, oc, or yl). Maybe when yn has children, she lets anne name them. Anne likes how whenever yn does her hair, she adds flowers. Anne and yn do what they can to protect eachother as emotional sisters. Maybe anne had to protect yn from time to time.

Yn is Jill's third dog (you can choose the breed). Yn is mainly in the group for the drama. Like honey, yn stops chief from doing something stupid, or at least tries to. Maybe yn's love interest is a dog who moved in the neighborhood or was adopted by Jill. Honey sometimes annoy yn with all her therapy obsession, especially when she butts in the love life.

The walking dead. You can decide if yn and yl met before or during the apocalypse. (Note: in my mind yn is fem and yl is male, you can always change it)

Yn and yl love eachother very much. They protect eachother. They fall in love with eachother more when seeing eachother interact with children. If one doesn't know English the other would do what they can to teach. The one who doesn't know English would teach the other their language. Yn and yl are always there for eachother. They help eachother survive.

Yn likes to always help the group, but can forget to take care of herself so yl makes sure to take care of her. They had a wedding which was put together with whatever they could find when they knew they were safe enough to do so. Lets say Lori decided to have yn and yl as her baby's godparents (I just want this to happen). Yn cried when they were told. Yn use her creativity and knowledge to help the group.
