Taking a moment to soak it all in. 🙏🏻❤️✨This relaxing bath was drawn with a large tea bag full of herbs from the beautiful #Xandari garden. The herbs were left to soak inside the tub a few hours before my arrival. What a treat! Day 1 begins 1200 meters about sea level, in the foothills of the Poas Volcano, at the enchanting Xandari. With a stunning view of the Central Valley, you are able to enjoy every inch of the city, plentiful coffee farms, and the immensity of the forest reserve below. Xanadari's serious dedication to sustainability and locally sourced food is felt the second you step foot on their colorful property. I applaud their exceptional farm to table and comprehensive recycling program! All waste byproducts are composted and used to fertilize their gardens; and all fruits and vegetables grown organically on-site. The laundry is dried outdoors in the sun as often as possible, and they do so much to help preserve the local culture of surrounding villages. 40 acres of tropical haven await!
