Can you use a lock ball to steal back a stolen Pokemon?

technically? The new pokeball (someone else suggested Mugger Ball and i like that too, so HMM decisions) doesn’t actually transfer ownership of a pokemon. It just locks them up in that ball -- but once they’re released, the ball breaks, so either you keep the pokemon in the ball indefinitely, or you have somewhere else to keep them. It’s like a one-time use ball!

ye!! i wanted to give him fuckinnn shadow powers originally but thats overdone and necrokinesis is fun!

ryan's backstory is that he was an ex-military mercenary who basically had no morals and a job went bad and he ended up stranded on an island base with no hope of rescue surrounded by the corpses of the people he'd killed on that job.

he pulled a 10 little roosters and started talking to the bodies and moving them around like they were people until one day he realised he didnt have to move them physically, he just willed them to move, and they did.

he spent two years on the island essentially honing his powers and now he can sense every swatted bug and half rotten piece of roadkill within a mile radius.

one of his favourite torture methods is to just attract every piece of dead animal/insect toward whoever it is he's fighting until they basically suffocate in rot. needless to say hes.... not a nice guy.

(also the name blight came from me originally wanting to call him pestillence, like the horseman of the apocalypse, and then deciding to just pick smth that meant the same thing)

Oohh I kinda liked him too, that way. He looked so wild. I think Basch always liked wearing his hair long, even when he was a child (as seen in the picture of him and Noah as children in the end credits). He was probably slightly disappointed that he had to cut his hair when he became Gabranth.
