I keep seeing people say that they combined Betsy and Kwannon into one character and "deleted the body swap". which. is not true.

nowhere is that stated or even implied. it's clearly Betsy in Kwannon's body. british accent, Betsy personality and fighting style, AND she's standing suspiciously close to Archangel. the only nod to Kwannon is Betsy being in her body. I dunno if '97 fans have never picked up a Psylocke comic but that is clearly Betsy Braddock.

also, people should stop expecting the body swap to be remedied. it never will be. yes, it's weird, yes I don't think it was NOT a racist idea, but lore wise it has to stay. it's an integral part of both of their characters, and it happened because of Spiral, who was acting in character. I'm not sorry to break it you but it quite literally has to stay. unless you want to retcon twenty-five years. be my guest, find a way to keep betsy who she is. I have ideas but I accept that the canon version is what I'm stuck with.

sorry for the rant; I'm angry about the misinformation and the whining. everyone is acting like this is the first time Betsy has been animated in Kwannon's body.
