Your name is XIMERA TEMNAX, and you’re not sure where you fit into all of this.

Most trolls have a variety of INTERESTS, of which they have PLENTY TO SAY ABOUT IT. You, however, aren’t really sure what interests you. Sure, you’ve dabbled in the CREATIVE ARTS and WRITING MUSIC, but neither have really taken your passion. You’ve made attempts at PROFESSIONAL TROLL VIDEO GAMES but it hasn’t gone anywhere, partly due to fears of INADEQUACY but also because no-one wants to hear someone who TALKS ABOUT NOTHING IN PARTICULAR. Speaking of hearing, you have MODERATE TO SEVERE HEARING LOSS, which you were cursed with at the tender age of 0, when you were pupated with it. You can still get by with verbal conversations, thanks to your AUXILLARY AURICULAR CONDUITS that your beloved moirail hooked you up with, though you make sure not to show it. You can live without them, but the last thing you want to be is berated by highbloods who think it’s funny to call you a DUMB GOLDY, so you hide them behind your MID-LENGTH HAIR that you tend to carefully. What else? Oh, you also don’t like TALKING TO PEOPLE, though you haven’t figured out why exactly. Not that you like talking about these things to people. You tend to keep A PLETHORA OF MUNDANE SECRETS, even when they don’t even matter to keep secret. You’d rather bury them with you than let them out. Even your moirail gets FRUSTRATED with your PRIVACY, but you two are still as pale as they come. Thankfully, you have WEAK PSIONICS, so most trolls don’t even care enough to TAKE ADVANTAGE of you. You’re not sure if this a wholly good thing, though.

家入氏らのキメラ、競合HRサービス「Talentio」運営のハッチを買収、100%子会社に

買収交渉にあたったキメラ共同創業者で取締役の佐野一機氏

採用プラットフォームなどを手がけるキメラは9月9日、HR（ヒューマンリソース）サービスの「Talentio 」を運営するハッチの全株式を取得し、100%子会社化することを発表した。契約の締結日は8月31日で、ハッチ代表取締役の二宮明仁氏は引き続きサービス運営にあたり、同時にキメラの執行役員に就任する予定となっている。

買収にかかった費用等の詳細は非公開。キメラ共同創業者で取締役の佐野一機氏の話によれば、本件の話は2カ月前より始まり、具体的な契約、関係株主等の調整にかかった期間は1カ月程度のスピード感だったという。

「私たち以外にも複数買収したいという会社はあったようです。ただ、二宮さんと話をして、既存の株主たちとの間で落とし所がみつかったのでこのような形になりました」（佐野氏）。

家入氏の新事業「LEAN」運営会社が1億円調達、メルカリ山田氏らもエンジェル参加

日本の連続起業家、家入一真氏が代表取締役を務めるキメラは8月18日、シードステージの資金調達ラウンドを完了したと発表した。

同社の第三者割当増資を引き受けたのはEast Ventures、リブセンスの2社、並びにあすかホールディングス取締役会長の谷家衛氏、メルカリ代表取締役の山田進太郎氏、ドリコムの内藤裕紀氏、その他複数の個人投資家。調達した資金は総額1億円超で、払込日やそれぞれの株式比率などの詳細は非公開。調達した資金は開発人材の強化、マーケティングなどに使われる。

また同社はこれに合わせて谷家氏の取締役就任も公表している。同氏はソロモン・ブラザーズのアジア最年少マネジングディレクター、アジア投資部門の共同統轄を務めたのち、2012年にあすかアセットマネジメントを設立した人物。ライフネット生命などの創業支援を担った。

I’m lazy to imagine norm.. I call it bullshit! I can make a good OC but I wanted to draw Xime.

I called her Xime Ray although it’s more Professor Layton way to name charz. She had acute radiation syndrome and it left her with scars. While girl was able to cure part of them and pay for plastic surgeries she’s run ot of the money and now has to work again. She still has scars on her neck and body and has to wear wig.
