Truthfully, Ryder wasn't even a big fan of weddings. None of the ones he's been to in the past were remotely interesting which is why he didn't expect much from this one. Glancing at his watch, he sighed softly, seeing that it was only 7:04pm -- far too early to leave. His gaze ventured around at the dance floor, taking notice of all people having a great time. He contemplated if he should go join them and do the same, except, he didn't know anyone there so that would be a little awkward. In fact, the only person he knew was the groom and that was because they were best friends from high school although, they only really talked once a year from then to now. With one elbow resting on the ledge of the bar, he took a small sip of his drink as he took notice of the girl that appeared beside him. "Hey," he said, offering her a friendly smile.

Last night I went to a party with Thalia. She seemed to be stressing, about being at the studio and I guess it seemed like a good idea. I just like spending time with her. I think it's getting harder trying to hide everything from her. But it's kind of like, she's so much better than me a sense? Like out of my league if anything. I'm lucky enough to call her my best friend and to ruin that because I like her would be kind of a dumb. A bunch of guys tried to hit on her.

I'm use to it. This is an act I'm willing to keep up with. I just hope one day things might be a little less confusing. The only reason I'm writing in this is because I had to let it out I guess. I'm pretty sure this notebook's gonna sit on my desk with one page on Thalia. You're in deep Kian.
