Oru was the one in charge, in his mind, cards stolen and his abilities somehow taken or not, he was still the bigger one in all this mess! No mortal would sully his mood by playing tricks--and it wouldn’t exactly be the first time something like this happened.

     Floating ever closer to her side, the Eternal rests his round head against the palm of his hand, eyes squinted and smile growing wider.

────﹙ ⧖ ﹚─ This girl, she looks naive to her, innocent. There’s no way of truly knowing, unless she approaches, other than outside appearances. Did people often stray far from that? She, herself, did not. Not now, anyway. She played her part and enjoyed it thoroughly. This girl, she doesn’t match the surroundings well, so bright and out of place.
