  “Yah-” Started the male as he strolled past the college campus, eyes searching for someone who might have answers to his inquiries. Not to mention, it was a nice location for him to blend in for a moment. 

  “Do you happen to know the closest place I can get an inexpensive car? I’m just passing through and well- I’d get somewhere a lot faster with some wheels of my own.” He chuckled, glancing away from the woman as he ran a hand across the back of his neck.

         sumi's been way too busy lately with the group's comeback. all the staff members were required twenty-four-seven, from make-up artist to food-bringers. she hasn't complained once, the job being her main source of income, but it would be lie saying she hasn't though about her friends' wellbeing even once. minutes ago someone assigned the girl with buying food to almost everyone and sumi decided to text her friend byeol to help rather than asking other staff member. after a while she formed a good sentence and pressend 'sent'.

                  [ text; byeol ] hey ! sumi here ! would you please help me with gathering food for the group? we could also hang out, go to lunch ourselves. if you are not busy, please answer. / @xnotangeles​

the window sill is wide enough to encompass his relatively skinny frame, the light in his eyes loitering outside the window. he’s feeling as if he needs a couple of moments to think about her words, though nothing helpful flashes through his mind. 

as much as he wants to understand her, his soul is wired differently. there’s plenty of patience withing him. there’s also the belief that everything which needs to happen transpires eventually, but only when it’s the right time. he can sense however that this is something she may not want to hear right now. the least he can do is meet her eyes at last. “i like to think that people rarely feel lonely in my company,” he pulls at his own sleeves, until only the tip of his fingers are visible. these are hardly useful words, he chides himself, though there’s a hint of a smile playing on his lips. just to show that he’s trying. after all, he’s been nagging her in the last hour to keep talking.

now he reaps what he sowed. “strange feeling,” that’s something they can both agree on; perhaps not in the same way. “but i can’t change the way you are. i can make people laugh. they forget about their worries for a few minutes. if i’m funny enough at the moment.” you can’t back away now; trust is fragile, don’t disappoint her.

the press of her thumb on the lock button revealed the time in the bright lockscreen: half past ten in a cool spring night in the capital of south korea, the middle point between early in the solitude of the night and late in the obscurity right before dawn opens its way in the sky. the dark tangled strands of hair were picked up in a messy bun, fine fingers not caring enough about the couple of chopped locks supposed to cover her forehead getting picked up along with it. once the fansign was wrapped up, she quickly changed into a loose black t-shirt and a pair of white jeans and exited the building ─ but not before snapping a picture and sending it to her friend.

BOMIN: i got out of work and i look like a walking zombie BOMIN: but i finished at the time i promised!!! BOMIN: a miracleㅠㅠㅠ BOMIN: i’m on my way~~~ BOMIN: i’m taking a taxi so i’ll arrive at your house soon!!! BOMIN: we’ll see what we do when i get there~

               [ IT WAS NOT ] uncommon for him to be up so late in the night. In fact, people often wonder if he even sleeps at all; there’s a reason why he got dubbed as a panda. It wasn’t because of his personality, but rather the dark circles around his eyes. So, when his phone buzzed on his night stand in a pattern that did not resemble one of the many notifications he often receives, Seungri rolls over curiously, reaching out for the device.

            Seeing the name pop up on his CALLER ID, the dancer could not help but to smile at himself. Accepting the call, he tucks the phone against his ear and between his pillow.

             “Kang Byeol, did you miss me so bad?” He chirps into the phone teasingly, a sleepy smile touching his lips. Clearing his throat a bit, he rolls over onto his back now, staring up at the ceiling. “Something on your mind, Byeol-ah? Something good ol’ oppa can help you with?”
