(/he chuckles softly as Sehun scoots closer, finding his behavior to be adorable, though he would never tell the other that. he runs a hand through his hair and smiles contemplatively, scooting closer himself) Psychological terror to me is so fascinating. Personally, it used to scare me shitless. I wouldn’t be able to look at the screen if I was watching a horror movie with my brother. But over time… I grew to love it, the things that pop out and make me jump and scream, the psychotic background stories of how killers come to murder entire families, the supernatural forces that haunt people and scare them out of houses. I would never want that to be me in real life, but I love watching it on screen. (/he nodded, reaching out tentatively and pushing Sehun’s bangs to the side slowly, flashing him a warm smile) I’ll buy you all the snacks you want how about that?

{' a stream of airy chuckles spill out of his lips. he reclines back, brows disappearing beneath his bangs. '} Hold on. Are you saying that you actually did scream once? Now that's something I'd like to see. {' his tone is bordering on playfully teasing and he wonders if Sungyeol is the kind of person who would get a heart attack if Sehun were to pull a prank of some sorts while watching a horror movie. he thinks he'd enjoy it. the boy folds his legs in an indian style, trying to settle comfortably. '} Hmm I understand. It's a lot of fun to see how each character reacts differently to each situation. You might have this character who puts on a tough image, terrorizing others maybe but in the end, he's stripped down to his real core. Which turns out to be in reality a screaming dickless ass. {' it's difficult to stay put once he notices the other's arm stretching towards him but he holds himself in place, grin growing when he realizes what Sungyeol's intention is. as soon as the man mentions the suggestion, his grin brightens further. so he might be stinky when it comes to spending cash on anything other than articles of clothes and pieces of jewelry but here's a guy who's clearly willing to indulge him and Sehun isn't about to refuse. '} Oh? I'd like that a lot. But I'll go with you. I can't trust your personal preference in snacks. You need a guide and I'll be happy to act as one.

(/nods understandingly, running a hand through his hair slowly) No, I get that. As for myself, I'm quite the horror movie fan. Psychological horror though, I'm not that into gore. Maybe one day we could watch a horror movie together, it'd be fun.

{’ he tips his head in a small, subtle nod, gaze drifting up Sungyeol’s face. growing up with the conviction that movies, books, and music were all a mirror to reflect some sort of innate evolving suppressed desire or interest. it may be just a bull of crap and yet he might like taking the tidbits of information that people give him and go through them, analyze them just to be able to understand that person a little bit better ‘} That’s interesting. {’ he grins, scooting closer ‘} Tell me what you like about psychological terror. Do you imagine yourself in the place of the unfortunate characters and what you’d do if you were in their place? {’ asking questions is what he’s best at, most likely. answering them — not so much ‘} Yeah. It’d be fun. {’ he pauses for a second, his grin widening ‘} As long as you buy me the snacks.

❝The Opportune Moment❞

His body is buzzing with the undertones of a slowly bubbling excitement as music streams from the speakers scattered across the floor of the club. He's unsure which club he's chosen this night but the luridly neon light beams that shed strobes of dazzling hues on the dance floor, occasionally drifting to land on the stage, a visual sort of distraction remind Sehun that this particular club provides a band to sing live on the raised platform every Friday. With the various clubs he's been checking out lately, the names in his memory are beginning to wane, the lines of the bright signs blurring together until it's a messy chunk of letters, indistinguishable to the point of destruction. 

Young, pretty things like himself flit around on their heels, skin flawless underneath the flickering darts of light, glitter and gold dust on their eyelids. Their shoulders are weighed down by invisible weights but they carry themselves as if they're wisps of clouds stroked by merciless breeze. Sehun wonders if he's the same, if his eyes are bottomless pits of obsidian, if he looks as fragile as they do.

Moments like these often seem to sneak up on him between the bushes, disguised in sin and immorality. Sehun shakes it off and walks up to step onto the dance floor. The tank top's strap hangs off of his shoulder, revealing delicate bones and pallid skin. The jeans he's wearing today are a steel grey, clinging onto his legs snugly. The music tempo rises, blasting from every direction to reverberate off the club's walls. Without paying much attention to the stage, Sehun loses himself in the sway of his hips and the solid feel of the dance floor beneath his feet.
