this is super self indulgent and goofy and also unfinished but i lost interest in it & dont feel like continuing to work on it😭😭😭 so u get it as is

Sunny sat on the edge of the bed, hands folded nervously in his lap. His belly was pushing out snug against his shirt, packed to the brim with a hearty dinner of stuffed salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus, compressed bubbles of trapped air rumbling restlessly just under the taut skin. His feet swung idly as he waited, fingers fidgeting with each other, eyes wandering distractedly around the retro-styled bedroom. Suddenly, the door opened, and though he'd been expecting it, his heart still jumped.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, cutie pie," said Marianne, dressed in snug-fitting pink scrubs and a doctor's coat. "My last patient wouldn't stop biting. Now, what seems to be the trouble?" She stood over him, clipboard in hand, smiling sweetly down at him.

"My belly hurts," he pouted, looking puppy-eyed up at her.

"Aw, poor sweetheart. Let's take a look." She leaned in and moved his hands from his lap for a clear view of his bloated tummy. She placed a hand on the front of it, holding for a moment, then moved it to his side. His breath stayed still in his chest as she felt his belly, frozen in place as he watched her.

"It feels very tight," she nodded. "I'll have to do some closer examination. Let me have a quick listen to your heart first, though, alright, pumpkin?" He nodded obediently, and she put on her stethoscope and placed it over his heart. It fluttered wildly in his chest like a whirlwind of trapped butterflies, and she smiled sympathetically.

"Aw, sweetheart, you're not nervous, are you? Don't you worry, I'll take good care of you. Now, you just lay back for me, alright?" She gently tipped him back onto the bed with a hand on his chest, then straddled his narrow hips, sitting over him on her knees. He stared up at her with wide, timid eyes as she carefully slid his shirt up to reveal the full curve of his distended belly, then gasped as she placed the cold metal of the stethoscope on the freshly exposed skin. She listened closely, a thoughtful look on her face as she observed the strained rumbled and gurgles of his overpacked stomach, the air bubbles fighting for space as it struggled to digest the enormous meal.

"Oof, your poor tummy really sounds full," she said, holding the piece over his drum-tight upper belly for a moment before moving it closer to his belly button, then over to his side. The gurgling was continuous but irregular, choked and erratic and whiny, as though his stomach could hardly contain its contents. Finally she took the cold metal away and lowered the stethoscope from her ears.

"Let me feel around a little." She held her hands against his bulging sides, squeezing ever-so-slightly to test the firmness, drawing a tiny whine of discomfort out of him. Then, letting one hand stay on his side, she moved the other over his stomach, once again pressing down just enough to draw a moan. She held her hand there, feeling the strained tremble of his insides tensing against the pressure, the rubber-tightness of his belly puffing out slightly with each breath.

"It's worse than I thought, pumpkin," she said gravely as she felt around the taut-stretched skin. "There's too much pressure inside your belly. It's gonna pop if we don't act fast."

"Can you help me, Doc?" Sunny pleaded.

"I'll do my best, sweetpea," she promised. "First, we have to get rid of any external pressure we can. We'll have to be careful, though. You'll explode if we squeeze too tightly." She reached down to undo his belt slowly, pulling it tighter around his middle as she freed it from the buckle, and in the eternity before it came open he could feel his distended stomach pushing out dangerously over the snug leather vice. Then, just as slowly, she unbuttoned his pants, squeezing again as she pulled the waist together to get the button through the hole, and he couldn't hold back a groan. His belly felt like a balloon.

"There," she said. Framed between the open fly of his pants and his hands clasped over his chest, his exposed tummy looked bigger than ever, rounded out at the sides and sticking straight up like a hill. An angry red band wrapped around it where the waist of his jeans had gripped him tightly around the middle, and Marianne gave the sore skin a gentle rub.

"Now," she said, taking his belly in her hands, "we have to get things moving. If it doesn't start digesting properly, your poor tummy's gonna blow up like a balloon." With both hands she pressed tenderly into his belly, kneading gently at the unyielding boulder pushing out from inside him. He whined softly at the pressure, but he arched his back as if to nudge his tummy closer into her warm palms. She could feel his stomach stretched to its limit under the hairy skin, and she worked as carefully as she could, massaging in cautious, purposeful circles to urge his insides to make better work of the meal. She felt a bubbling rumble under her hands, and a noticeable ease in pressure as some of the trapped air finally made its way back up with a burp, followed by a sigh of relief.

"Good boy," she smiled, and Sunny's heart fluttered.
