Even more guilt tripping
Star had sent Zer0 / TeN a Happy birthday message ( a fake birthday) Zer0 however instead of being grateful that Star took the time out of their busy life to message her. She got pissy and started to guilt trip star for not messaging her for a long time.
Star rightfully got annoyed by this.
After Star puts his foot down Zer0 immediately changes her tune and starts to blame her ADHD once again.

Even Star calls her out on the ADHD excuse. and informs her that their friendship is special

Once again she is upset because her crush hadn't been messaging her, but she is trying so hard to not be upset. and is failing at it,
Zer0 had deleted her original message because she afraid star would show it to people and see how annoying she is. that's hilarious. he didn't even need the original message to show how obnoxious and unpleasant of a person you are.

Once again Zer0 is obviously using flattering language to try and manipulate Star to get what she wants.
