I got like three new senpais when I joined the .Hack fandom and I really want to talk with them but at the same time I'm so fucking nervous about it.

She's just a puppet created in a lab by Vexen to copy Roxas' power. She is based off Sora's battle data from the secret fight in KH FM. She picked up the bunk memories that Namine deleted from Sora during his restoration, but that also halted Sora's restoration.
She may be a part of Roxas, but she is not really part of Sora. The only connection she has with Sora is that she is a copy of him and his appearance (at the end and when certain people look at her).
It's just, Sora has never met Xion. At this point in the games she's not really a memory because no one remembers her. She's kind of...not real? She's a weird character.
