I think positive. When I’m entering Hulk-mode I try to calm myself down and think things like “getting angry gets you nowhere, etc etc”. But sometimes it’s good to go full rage, because if we were always happy life wouldn’t be shits and giggles.

I try to understand people, like, I’ll imagine being in their shoes and thinking why they’re acting like they’re acting and not to give them shit if they’re in a bad situation or something.
