8. are their hands steady?

Stat wise, their dex is decent at 14/+2 lol. Thinking about her as a person, probably not so much. Even though it’s not as much of an issue as it was in the past, she still retains a bit of nervous energy from time to time. In general, that makes her a little fidgety, and can make it hard to keep her hands steady.  

15. what's a sound they can't stand?

Hmm, a tough question. I don’t think there’s really one particular sound that grates her nerves, but she can get a bit of sensory overload when things get too chaotic (wow, I’m totally just straight up projecting now lol). 

16. would they draw patterns in frosted windows/fogged up mirrors? what would they draw?

Absolutely. Probably nothing in particular if they’re doing it absentmindedly. If they’re being a little more thoughtful, probably something cute like a heart or a flower, maybe even little swirls and such.

1. why did they choose their class(es)? their subclass(es)?  well, choosing his class, well, that wasn't really. well, he wouldnt say it wasn't optional, but, yknow, it was kinda of inevitable, considering! like, what else was he gonna do after She was there for him? as for his subclass, he wants to be a hero! he wants to inspire people, save people, help the world become a better place and fight evil! its... enough, right? 69. how would they describe their party members? Veil is his friend! he knows she’s a little suspicious and all, and her weapon is fiendish, but heroes get weapons from their fiendish enemies all the time, and even if something is fiendish doesn't mean its bad! veil hasn't done anything bad, so he doesn't think the caution is too necessary, he just wants to make sure everyone has their cards on the table

Nev is, well, she’s someone he can see a lot in. trying to be positive and help others is a noble goal, but not at your own expense. he knows that even to those that you are close to, admitting things you feel can be... difficult. he wants to help her. pally ally!

Anthe is... overzealous? he understands she’s gone through a lot, and he does not want to tell her what to do, but he does want to advise caution. being in a bad situation can make you act... irrationally, and he hopes anthe has time to think things through. he hates the government too but please wait until youre level 20 queen <3

Vic is a sweetheart! like he’s very sweet. d’nou thinks he’s very sweet. and also attractive. he just thinks vic needs to be aware of this! he doesn’t really know how to approach vic the right way, but. he’s trying! and he thinks vic seems. kinda lost? he wants to help vic find whatever it is he needs to find to not feel lost again

Ziggy is...... well, before last session, d’nou would have not have really spoken a word against ziggy. he’s a little impulsive, but so is d’nou, and he gets it! he’s pretty and charming and d’nou likes him, and really hopes that they can find a solution he’s happy with with his lost memory! but. the thing is. d’nou’s a little.. disquieted by how much ziggy seems gung-ho about needing money as a reward for good things, or casually insulting someone in what could have been a peaceful exchange if things went will. he’s. hm. he’s not sure

6. does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?

not particularly! he doesn’t really....tend to have too interesting of dreams. which is weird considering my track record of characters! just a normal guy. he probably has recurring themes of kind of ~everything else~ going on in his life. nightmares of everyone leaving him and not forgiving him. stuff like that

29. what did your character dream of being or doing as a child? did that dream come true?

oh god not to continue “lipkas be lipkas” but. he wanted to be a performer like his mother was. lol. he realized he didn’t really have the talent though :( but cooking is a form of performing so? You could say he is doing that :D

32. describe a scenario in which your character feels most uncomfortable.

i think one of these upcoming days he’s going to have his own moment but. getting overloaded with too much information and too much change happening around him. he’s....good at masking though. he doesn’t want to make those around him uncomfortable. he’s kind of living through it right now 

(also the possibility of something happening to literally everyone he’s ever cared for because of this stupid fucking army doesn’t help.)

35. how does your character behave around people they like?

answered here :D but if its any romantic like he shuts down completely around them. You saw the horatio conversation. it was embarrassing.

44. how easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” can they say it without meaning it?

aside from saying it to his parents i.....don’t know if he’s ever said it? he tries to go more the “thank you for being in my life” route. he has issues with saying it and doesn’t know if he’ll ever truly be able to say it in his life. thinks others deserve more than his love. that type of stuff you know

69: how would they describe their party members?

Anthe - She’s family. She’s...I mean she is Anthe, she is so much passion and caring crammed into a tiny body and Vic loves that little spitfire of a halfling So Much. He is genuinely so happy that she and Nev seem very happy, and like...things have not been good lately, not at all, but it feels like Anthe has much better support (Vic would like to think himself part of that) and better ways of working through all of the bad shit, and it’s still Not Entirely Good yet, but. They can get better. He wants to be able to help her heal, and he wants to help protect her like he couldn’t do in Pride’s Call and cement the idea that she is not alone in this and she will not be alone again.

D’nou - Jury’s still out a little bit, but it was a much better second impression. Now that D’nou has let up on the very blatant flirting (bc Vic 9wis is not picking up on the current subtle flirting) it’s much easier to compose an entire sentence around the guy. And he’s nice, he seems genuinely very nice, very thoughtful, insanely fast sometimes, like holy shit Vic thought he used to be fast in combat. So far seems like a good guy, though. Vic’s got no problems working with him, appreciates D’nou’s focus on helping people, and is stubbornly not thinking about that Proposition at the bar. Not thinking about that. At all.

Nev - Similar to Anthe, just...rat squad. The og good-aligned kids. Nev is the glue to the group and probably the reason they haven’t all split, and she can obviously look after herself but Vic would still do absolutely anything to keep this firbolg safe. He loves that she’s speaking her mind a little more freely (how, share your secrets, Nev), and that she’s finally had a chance to rest and enjoy herself. The vibes for Nev do not change much because You’re Doing Great Sweetie, Vic loves her dearly and feels they should probably talk one-on-one more often, just air out respective frustrations and such. Quiet kids gotta stick together.

Veil - Great Aesthetic, sketchy whip. Like. what the fuck is that whip. why is it talking to you, why is it fiendish, why is it all of the things that they have had Terrible Luck With so far. Veil herself seems very interesting -- not someone he’d probably go out of his way to interact with in normal situations, but she’s polite enough, definitely looks like she can handle herself in a fight (We Shall See Soon), and those are important things. Meta-wise like...I am aware she’s sticking around. Vic is not yet aware of that and doesn’t really expect someone like her to look at a group like theirs and decide they want to start traveling with these weirdos. True verdict tbd, but for now...Interesting Person. Please don’t explode.

Ziggy - Ah. Now that is, as a good friend Anthe Stone said, Complicated. Vic has had the realization that, at this point, Ziggy knows him just about as well as he knows D’nou, and that’s...fun. It’s easier to focus on how much this justifies killing every person in the Cerberus Assembly, especially that blonde lady the others talked about, and not to focus on the fact that this is now two people that Vic is (recently) aware he’s had feelings for who he’s lost in complicated ways. Ziggy himself doesn’t seem...too concerned about it anymore, which is concerning in itself, but how do you bring that up, right? Vic knows all about putting on a strong face but he definitely doesn’t know how to approach someone else doing it (especially when his own is barely hanging on right now). But at least meeting D’nou seemed to make Ziggy happy, at least they’re out of the Empire, at least they can try to figure out how to fix this. Because Vic is refusing to think about the alternative.
