Hello all!!! Happy new years!!! This is our first update of 2026 and it’s certainly an exciting one!!!
SOMETHING WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE!!! Us Yana-Bot Devs are looking to continue to expand Yana and her servers (did you know we are almost at 200 individual servers for Yana?!?!). Unfortunately not every server is immediately created with Yana-Bot installed (sorrows.) and our main Yana-Bot server is 18+ and therefore it can be difficult to find a place to collect cards. But fear not! We are looking to partner with some servers to help combat this!!! We want people of all ages to be able to experience and enjoy Yana-Bot afterall!!! So if you're a server owner looking to partner with Yana-Bot look out for a post in the next week!!!
(We will NOT be partnering with any proship or adult x child server. Do not ask.)
Major Updates Under Cut:
New Command added: /tag cardid:
-This command will allow you to add out fun new emojis to cards that will show up in your inventory and gallery! We have 293 options with most (if not all) your favorites in both Kuroshitsuji and Twisted Wonderland. (THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU HANA FOR EDITING THE EMOJIS FOR US)
New Command added: /collectcooldown
-Tired of accidentally collecting kelvins when you just want to know how long you have left? We were too!!!
Gallery update: We have changed up the gallery!
-Status: You can now change the status (fave, offer, jail) of your cards in your gallery
-Jail: Jailing a card now visually changes the card in your gallery (use switch view to view the original card)
New Cards:
-We have officially begun adding cards from the anime and manga of twisted wonderland! We have made it past the FIRST HALF. OF EPISODE ONE. (this has taken us. truly so long. why are all the scenes so pretty O_O) as well as volume 2. REJOICE!
Spawn Changes:
-We were officially sick of the same cards appearing again and so we added a change to the code that allows the bot to count how often a card is spawned. It will prioritize cards with lower spawn counts!!
What to Expect In The Future:
TWST Update: Expect more cards rolling out slowly.
Valentines Day: The week of valentines day (the 8th through the 14th) valentines cards will be 12% more likely to spawn. This also lines up with the birthday of one of our devs! So expect cooldowns to be lowered to 25 minutes again like they were this weekend.
Spoiler Update: Cards after chapter 126 of Black Butler will be added. Spoiler cards are blocked by default on all servers. Use /manage to access them!
Non-Canon Update: The Yanabot team will. brave season 2. for you all.
Gallery: One day I will successfully add a way to look at other user's gallery without somehow destroying the bot. (Girl Help. The testing bot is ON FIRE.)
Favoriting: We are looking for a way to add a fun flair to favorited cards like we did for jailed, but its hard to find an idea that works for all cards of all sizes and franchises. (Kinda weird to do a heart border on Madame Red dying bro.... well... maybe it isn't...)

Starting today we have begun the Christmas event! Christmas related cards now have a 20% (higher) chance of spawning until new years day!
With the winter season in full swing I would like to start out with apologizing for any possible downtime the bot may have. The winter storms are already bad here and Yana is hosted on a home server with no generator. We haven't noticed any major outages recently but she has been known to turn off when our power goes out. If any issues arise from this please feel free to contact us at this page or on our discord server linked below.
Updates:
220 new cards (one day I will be free from season 1 rewatches for this bot.)
UR Pity has been raised from 40 to 60 (sorry. But we noticed most people who use the bot regularly had all the URs. Or at least. The Kuro ones)
Event spawns have been lowered from 35% chance of spawn to 20%, because the event goes on for longer than the Halloween one did. If we notice things aren't spawning we will up it again.
I promise we did fun things too!!!! Like. Uh. Play 134 hours of R.E.P.O.....

Unfortunately, Yana has an error that has shut her down, it’s a very easy fix for one of our Devs, but she needs her computer for it, and she is still on vacation away from her computer. Yana will be back up and running Wednesday (01/28) evening, around 9pm EST.

We have a fairly small update for you all today! With 142 new cards, with 72 being KURO and 69 being TWST (nice.). Today is also the start of our April Fools day event. Expect to see some wacky cards around. Or Horses.

-Added a /jail feature to PLAYERS (cosmetic only)
-Finished TWST season 1, crashout Riddle is in the deck now!!
-You can now successfully filter between Real and Our [REDACTED] by searching character:Real or character: Our (<MAJOR BLACK BUTLER SPOILERS THERE)

We have added just over 200 cards, 18 of those are Ultra Rares! Keep an Eye out for those! They’re truly the stallions of the collection!

Major Updates Under Cut:
New Command Added: !Favorite (!f), !Offering (!o), !Jail (!j) <CharaterID>
-These commands will add statuses to your cards, showing which cards you love (!f), which you have up for grabs (!o), and which you are trapping in your basement for the safety of society (!j) <3. These cards will appear in your inventory with their respective emojis making your most prized steeds easy to spot!
New Command Added: !gallery (!g) <Descriptor>
-This new command will show all the cards with that character name in your inventory, this method is new to us and has caused a couple issues.
Examples of this command:
!g Ciel - Will show all owned Ciel images in my inventory, including Sebastian and Ciel Ultra Rare
!g Midford 4 - Will show all owned Super Super Rare Alexis Midford, Francis Midford, Edward Midford, and Elizabeth Midford cards (Also accepts !g Midford SSR and !g Midford Super Super Rare)
!g TWST R Fave - Will show all owned Twisted Wonderland cards that are Rare and Favorites.
New Command added: !report (!r)
-This command allows you to report issues to the bot owners despite not being in the server with them. We had to change pretty LARGE functions in this update and you may find many issues. When using this command reply to a message sent by Yanabot with !r and it will give you some options of reporting. The options are "Missing Image, Mismatched picture, Misspelling, Bad Quality/Crop, other" It will then give you the opportunity to add extra information! Please be as descriptive as possible! (NOTE: The !collect command works based on who DISCORD decides sent the message first. You may look like the first one to collect but unless everyone else agrees you were first that is not a reason to report)
New Administrator Command Added: !setspawn (and !getspawn)
-We encourage YanaBot to have a presence in chatting channels, not just bot channels. More “grazing grounds” means more card spawns. But in very active servers, things could get a little… stampede-y, so we added !setspawn.
Examples of this command:
!setspawn 15 25 - Base spawn, Yana will randomly spawn between 15 to 25 messages
!setspawn 50 100
!setspawn 1 3 - Anything Below base spawn will reset to 15 25
!getspawn - Tells you the active spawnrate for the server
Bug Fixes:
-Fixed the unblock content command
-Fixed the !listblocked command breaking after 1024 character limit for embeds is reached
-Fixed !character command (You can now use it even after starting your stables- I mean manor)
-Updated several error responses
-Fixed case sensitive trading resulting in the disappearance of cards
-CharacterIDs are case insensitive now
-TradeIDs are case insensitive now
-Lowered TradeIDs to 5 characters (Was 8 before)
-Can No longer have multiple trades active with the same cards
-Fixed the Add App Button (Cough. Added the link. Cough)
What to Expect In The Future:
Yanabot is far from finished, we have many plans on the horizon!
Event Update (just before Halloween): Cards will be tagged for special events like Halloween, Christmas, Valentines/White Day, and Easter. On those days, Yana will “gallop” out event-specific cards more often.
TWST Update: Rolling out likely closer to Christmas. We’ll add a TON of cards from both manga and anime. This might finally equalize KURO and TWST cards (currently 837 KURO vs. 470 TWST).
Spoiler Update: All cards after chapter 126 will be added. Spoiler cards are blocked by default on all servers. Use !unblockcontent 3 to access them!
Non-Canon Update: Very few Non-Canon Rare cards exist currently; this update will explore those hidden pastures.
Somewhere in these updates, we may be adding the most insane update of all time… I won’t spoil the mane attraction, but one (1) person will be galloping about in pure joy!

For the last couple of days Yana bot hasn’t periods where it doesn’t work at all. Like it won’t let us do anything with the bot. I thought I was just with my server but it was in multiple servers. What’s the issue with this 😭
Hi there! Thank you for the ask!
Unfortunately the server Yana is hosted on had a serious issue the other day and it had to be fully restarted. Thankfully no data was lost but she has developed this peculiar habit of shutting down at exactly 5:00 am gmt. Which is exactly when the bot owners are sleeping, tonight we will apply a hot fix to hopefully circumvent this.
However, if you notice the bot is off or are having issues we have a new support server! On this server you can expect:
-announcements of when the bot is down on purpose and when the bot is down on accident
-sneak peaks into future updates
-help (via the modmail bot)
What you cannot expect from this server:
-talking. We didn't want to have to actually moderate another server. So no one is allowed to talk.

We do hope to open submissions for server partners so you can use yanabot to your heart's desire if you don't know of any good servers, but we will need some time since we are all. unfortunately. employed.

We have a HUGEEE update for you guys!!! Here is the quickest list I can possibly manage:
-Added cards from all of black butler season two
-Added cards from black butler chapters 127-210 (MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SPOILERS BLOCKED.)
-Added cards volume 1-4 of heartslabyul
-Changed content blocks to ALLOW content in channels
-Changed the way the bot handles blocked content
-New command /fulldeck lets you see all cards, minus the ultra rares. Those are a surprise :>
-View other user's galleries

New Cards:
We have added a total of 675 cards:
- 488 Black Butler cards, and 186 Twisted Wonderland cards (I. am so sorry.... black butler is available in great scans.... I gotta pay more money for digital TWST volumes...)
- 268 are rares, 367 are Super Rares, 34 are Super Super Rares, and 4 are Ultra Rares.
-246 of those are Spoiler cards (Chapters 126+), 88 of those are Non-Canon (Season 2)
What wasn't added:
-Season 2 OVAs, I gotta watch them
-Other TWST volumes, I gotta buy them
-Episodes 5-8 of TWST Anime, Every scene is too pretty... I get overwhelmed...
Content Blocks:
In /manage, administrators will find that you can ALLOW specific channels for Spoiler and Non-Canon. This will allow cards of those type to be spawned and VIEWED in specific channels.
We also changed it so when you view a blocked card the name and image are replaced (THE FISH. IS A PLACEHOLDER...)
/FULLDECK:
Full Deck is our new command that allows you to see all cards in the deck that aren't ultra rare, it will show you which ones you own, content will NOT be blocked when using this. So if seeing claude's ugly mug makes you want to puke. Use carefully. Spoilers are opt in, and will ALSO not respect content blocks. So be cautious of the people around you.
