no more trying to polish something till it’s good. no more avoiding a task until our skills get better. take my hand, we’re gonna iterate on the same concept we love like 500 times and it’s gonna be awesome..!!!!

i love her she is so adhd coded i will gamble everything for golshi
unfortunately all the linux people are right. i switched to pop_os and it just straight up revived my 8 year old computer. there was a game that i was barely able to boot because of how much my computer struggled with it and it runs like butter now
i think it’s funny sometimes when tumblr users very definitely say something is “bad art” and bring up their (personal) objective criteria for it. like guys you are making a non-statement. artists have been arguing about what bad art is since basically cameras were invented and we aren’t gonna ever stop
i hate my youtube recommended because i enjoy searching for recipes, new work outs to try, and planners so it’ll flip flop between actual videos i would enjoy and then influencers telling me to develop an eating disorder and that im a phone addict and actually if i just start writing my thoughts in a notepad my entire life will be changed and i’ll rewire my nervous system forever
one of these days i will make a big elaborate project to proclaim my love for bullet* journaling and encourage other people to do it
*by bullet journaling i do not mean the actual "method" or the super cutesy art journaling (though i do enjoy partaking) but as a completely modular approach to planning and organization that can be totally guilt-free if you approach it right
my art style desperately needs a change so i’m putting in a bunch of art movements on wheel decide and whatever comes up i will try to imitate for the next 2 weeks
there isn’t any meaningful difference between a 1 month art project taking 3 years to complete because of whatever reason. but after 3 weeks of not working on something we go “oh no, i failed, i quit that project, i’m a quitter” and shut out that passion forever. i don’t think it would take nearly as much time as we think it does to get back into the swing of things. yes even if it’s been months, yes even if it’s been years
