It was mid-October. I remember because I was drinking a lot of pumpkin spice-flavored coffee, finishing up Immortalis, and despite the odd request I was really happy to have something else to work on before NaNo started up. Little did I know I'd rush through NaNo to keep working on this~

The best part is that it's ending EXACTLY around my initial estimate. I speculated that I'd be busy with EOHA up through the first few days of March. Little things like that make me happy. It's like the universe is happily aligning to keep my expectations about this story consistent... despite the universe also throwing a lot of dumb awful bullshit in front of me. But it's a price I'll happily pay if it reaps such benefit.

I'm so pumped I actually had a good day. Under cut bc long and stuff?

My cat was an asshole and woke me up at 6 something by knocking shit off my bookshelf repeatedly, but bc of that I woke up and started doing shit @ like 7 which is pretty early considering I went to bed @ like 1? Idk I'm used to sleeping a looot but yeah did to-do things, took a shower, made an actual decent healthy bfast, took care of cat things and mother is sick in bed things, cleaned up the kitchen, watched some khan videos on ancient mesopotamia & egypt, read a book about grammar, read bits of 3 different books I got from the library, picked up my room some, went to the store and got groceries and did like 4 major things that usually cause me to hyperventilate bc anxiety, didn't even get super hung up on an asshole at the store, did more cleaning, more dishes, made my mom lunch, relaxed a bit and played like 1/2 hr of sr3?, lil bit more learning/writing/reading, made dinner, unloaded/reloaded dishwasher and washed pans and uh, yeah. :D

life update: my classes for this semester are all super rad and pretty tough but still great, i've spent the first week back eating really healthy things like salads and all that good shit and it's not as hard or terrible as i thought it would be, i'm already feeling healthier just from getting rid of a lot of junk food so that's cool, i drank tequilla and shit got weird, i have a second date with this girl tomorrow and she's coming to my apartment and i'm super nervous but hella excited cause we already talked about like a third date so i guess things are going alright, i'm gonna start going to the gym this week, ummm that's about it oh and i finally got around to painting one of the giveaway boxes!!
