Hello! How do you think Saeyoung would react to MC giving him a surprise party on his birthday!?..... and by surprise I mean Saeyoung wakes up only to find that MC is not beside him followed by a call from an unknown number threatening him that they would harm MC if he doesn't show up to a certain place at a certain time.

So in short MC plays a kidnapping prank on him to lure him to his birthday party(in a Planetarium!)

Oh, God. Genuinely, I really don't think it's a good idea to give the person that has paranoia about this specific situation a prank like this. I know that you can play pranks like this on both of the brothers but I don't think it's funny. I’m not all that sure it’s the best thing that anybody could do to them considering the sheer amount of trauma they've gone through in their lives over this specific fear. Now, I don't think they would hold it against you, at the same time, if you thought that this would be a good prank because this isn't something that they talk about a lot. 

It's not like anybody wants to talk about that trauma openly all the time. 

When it comes to Saeyoung, the one thing that you never want to do is worsen the paranoia that he deals with on a daily basis. He is the kind of person that has a contingency plan for his 17th contingency plan. He is afraid of everything going wrong all of the time and that manifests in how he tries to take care of everyone. His worst nightmare is somebody kidnapping you or his brother. 

It doesn't seem like it would work out in your favor to put him in a position where he has to deal with that. There are other ways that you can make a mystery and make it comfortable for him. Like, make a puzzle for him. Make a game and try to involve the entire RFA and Saeran! Invoke his Valentine’s DLC when you’re planning! 

Even if he's able to realize that it's a prank and there are steps in place to make sure that you're actually safe, it's still going to put him in a bad place emotionally. He would never blame you for not knowing the extent of how bad this is because he doesn't talk about it, but it's obvious that it would be overwhelming for him. A huge fear for him is losing you because of the agency, his father, and just people he’s pissed off in his work. 

I imagine you could make this light-hearted if you start off by telling him this is a game, but... I can’t wrap my head around this without being overtly aware of the stress that he struggles with.
