@yelptampabay Fearlessly Baked Foccacia Catching up on the virtual cooking class with Chef Reginald of @fearlessbread 🥖 I baked my first foccacia and topped it with shredded Parmesan snd everything bagel seasoning. 🍲 I also made the Italian wedding soup. I had a bunch of open broths in my fridge (vegetable, beef, and chicken from other recipes) and combined for the soup. I used whole wheat orzo pasta. For the meatballs, I used @johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage and used a small cookie scoop to drop the meatballs into the soup. It is a trick I learned from Alton Brown. Everything turned out perfectly!
