I always use keepvid, but you have to download the entire video so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for?? ;;;;; maybe you can try clipconverter.cc, but I haven't checked that 1 out yet ;A;

i usually download the entire video too, but only because i haven’t figured out why i can’t open a cut video ;;;; i’m currently trying to cut a 1 hour long video, so i really don’t want to download the whole thing :’/

so, if i’m comparing to an entire video i’ve downloaded with a cut video, is that the entire video has stereo sound and the bitrate for sound is 126 kbps, whilst the cut video has mono sound and 93 kbps ;;;;;
