How would you rewrite or change canon YHS?

Auurgh you know me so well!!! Where do I even start dude…

Firstly, I wouldn’t make Lighty the head of the yakuza. I’d make Karu still be alive, and there are still adult members of the yakuza alive. The reason the rekuza have so many responsibilities is because so many of the higher-ups died in the shootout, so they have to take on more work.

Secondly, I’d make Reboot!Galaxy OG!Galaxy’s daughter. Reboot-axy is 11 to me, I can’t see her as the same Galaxy from the OG. That’s dumb.

The Rekuza members I accept are: Lighty, Prim, Mimi, Fizzy, Cherry, Momo, Galaxy, Naomi, Mei, and Marsh. They were all also born into the yakuza, instead of the weird joined late but still at 17 thing the canon ones did.

Oh, yeah, I’d make them all 17 too.

I’d make Yuki and Lighty the same age (well, they would be if Yuki didn’t die.) And, I’d make Naomi 21-22 during the events of the reboot. I’d make them all a family, making my personal view of the Akamine family; Karu, Marthy, Yuki, Lighty, and Naomi.

I’d make Cherry’s feelings towards Nico mutually romantic.

I’d make Shy more closed off, and make her not have any friends.

I’d COMPLETELY SCRAP THE TIMELOOP AND MOST EVENTS IN TOKYO SOUL! This is in order to make a clear timeline between the OG and the Reboot. Which means that I’d also Taurtis, Grian, and Sam all first years in the OG.

OG: First Years -> TS: Second Years -> YHSR: Third Years.

Unfortunately for one single person on Fumblr, this means Tokyo Soul 2 is completely non-canon.

I’d make Owl a lot less caring towards his friends and family, probably giving him ASPD.

Very minor, but I’d make Nova a vegetarian. While it’s true that an addiction almost immediately forms after an act of cannibalism, it doesn’t make you act like a zombie… She is a vegetarian to me!
