Ive started a new yoga challenge (irl)

5 rounds of Sun Salutations every day for 21 days~ Doesn't sound like a lot but for a teacher it's tough sometimes to motivate yourself away from the studio and continue practicing as a student. If any fellow yogis wants to join in I'd love to know how you go! ♡

   mmm i had yoga teacher training this weekend and it was really the best weekend so far for me? i felt more comfortable and i talked to a lot more people.. and it was really nice because saturday i went to lunch w one of my classmates, and shes probably mm.. in her sixties? but it was so so fun, weve kind of been friends since before training started and she offered to take me to lucnh and we really? bonded i guess?? it was so fun shes so cute :( she told me about her pets (two birds and a puppy!!) and her grandkids, and i found out she was in the navy for a while and just? all this stuff that i didnt know before because shes pretty quiet and shy.. and it was so so nice because at the end of the day she had told be that she felt she could be herself around me and i wanted to cry like?? that made my heart tingle she is so sweet...

   and it’s so cute, haha, i feel like i have so many yoga moms LOL~ being the youngest one always has everyone asking how im doing, and i mentioned my hips were cramping and one of the people in my class was like “well, rose, have you been drinking water? you might just be dehydrated love” and honestly. she was right sdldsls i probably am!! and it was so cute shes so precious we were passing by each other in the hallways and she stopped and hugged me and was like “oh, my angel~” and i just.... heart tingle!!!!! people are so nice :(

   the owner of the studio, also a teacher, shes my Original Yoga Mom tbh like she tells everyone im her daughter LMAO, and on thursday i was just so stressed like to the point of where i pretty much cried in the studio n it was so embarrassing i HATE crying in public like i rarely ever cry in general... but she was so sweet about it and today she told me i looked so much better n happier and it made her so happy seeing me like that.. like!!! damn my own mom dont even care that much abt how i feel im just so happy i have her :( <3

   n just... i felt more comfortable talking and teaching and asking questions?? and i smiled and laughed a lot... it was really fun!!! it was just really nice huhu
