It would be better if Esuno didn't specify the ages of the characters, honestly.

Because Yoi's age in the anime and manga is different. In the manga he's about 12, and in the anime he's about 14. And here we come to a very strange fact...

Keigo is 30, Naoka is probably definitely 30, so if you do the math it turns out that Yoi was born when they were both 16...
