isn't it like against the lights to have your lights off during rain

i dont know all of the laws and such but probably??? and if not its kinda common sense to cos wow if u have a light colored car and it rains the way it does down here and you dont have ur lights on its basically impossible to see you and with the amount of people that didnt have their lights on today its no wonder theres always a wreck when it rains
