silent siren’s single just meet is out today!
Jsuki; Silent Siren's "AKANE / Awa Awa"
13th single release by Sai Sai! Just released end-May, this double A-side single came in 4 types and its main song, "AKANE" describes the feelings and relationship between parent and child. It's actually quite moving, and the MV had main vocalist, Suu, acting out a story about growing up with her single father.
Was not so into "Awa Awa" tbh. It was like a typical cutesy song. I found "Kaleidoscope" better actually. Although overall, this is not my favourite single release from them (and the covers could also be better I think), but if it is Sai Sai, I will continue to support them.
The band will also be holding their world tour again this year, and are set to visit many places overseas, going from Hong Kong, Jakarta, Taipei, L.A and San Franciso.

Massive overdue CDs unboxing & uploading session from here onwards! I've got so much stuff over the past several months, but absolutely didn't have the time to post anything.
"Fujiyama Disco" was my jam for at least two whole weeks. B-sides were so-so for me though. I loved Ainyan's bass so much. The DVD also included lives of a few songs from their 2016 year-end Dream on! concert, including "Strawberry Moon" and "Cherry Bomb". Loveeee

Jsuki; Silent Siren's 'S no Tame ni, S wo Nerae! Soshite Subete ga S ni Naru' DVD
The cute crew Silent Siren has been really active; From touring to releasing new singles and albums, to all their other fashion projects - In midst of their new label transfer as well! I've been diligently buying all their live DVD releases, and this one didn't disappoint either.
We really got a lot of great live performances on this one, that I'm so happy to watch! They opened with a bunch of their more iconic songs, like "Hachigatsu no Yoru" and "BANG! BANG! BANG!", but also performed newer ones like "YOSHIDA SAN" and "Cherry Bomb". The Yokohama Arena is always also a really great venue, so I loved the entire thing! I just wished they had more outfit changes(?), but otherwise, I'm in love with this live.
Sai Sai will also be releasing their new single, "Fujiyama Disco" on 1st March, and then their best album, "Silent Siren Selection" on the exact same day! I'm getting the former for sure, so I'll share that when I'm all good!

Jsuki; Silent Siren's "Kakugo to Chosen" DVD
Hello to my long-overdue posts. I'm only remembering that I haven't already posted this yet, since they just announced that they'll be dropping another live DVD this year-end, lol.
This recorded DVD was the final live from their 2015 year-end special live, and features a strong 21-song setlist. I have so, so many songs that I like from them, including, "Hachigatsu no Yoru", "CHINA Kiss" and just...everything, really. They also revealed their then new song, "Cherry Bomb" in front of the 8,000 strong crowd.
I only wish they had more outfit changes~ but otherwise, you can see that they've been really improving on their lives as compared to when they first started out.
Sai Sai will also be releasing their "Silent Siren Live Tour 2016 S no Tame ni S wo Nerae! Soshite Subete ga S ni Naru" DVD / Blu-ray this late December! The live was held in July, and it was then broadcast on WOWOW back in September, but I always make it a point of own Sai Sai's live concerts, so I'm gonna get this as well.
