I was trying to get something “Sun”... ANYTHING “Sun.” Notice that there are 12 plants there. Well, that means they replaced 12 plants! So, 24 plants total, not a single “Sun” producing plant in the lot.
No way this is random, even ignoring all the other times things like this happened.
