This one is Writer vs Characters 🤝 Tell us a few bits and bobs about your relationship with your NPCs.
Favorite character to write: This is difficult to choose, but I might go with Duri here since they give me the best of all worlds - goofy at times but with some emotional highs and lows too.
Least favorite to write: Another tough one, because I almost hate to pick any of them. I might say Rune though because they have some complexities to who they are and what they're willing to show the MC. It's a balance of not revealing too much or too little.
Most frustrating to write: "???"- this will make more sense in chapter 7, but also partially because it's very conflicting keeping secrets from all of you, lol
Character who surprised you the most (for whatever reason): "???"- this will also make more sense in chapter 7, lol
Character you hope people will like: TBA....
Character you worry people might hate: None that I'd worry about because at least they'd feel something
Any characters that are buzzing about at the back of your mind, but have no place in the story (yet): For GC? Not currently, so far everyone has a place :3
Any characters you wonder might be better suited in a different story: Hard to say, everyone was made for GC specifically, and if I'm honest there will be themes in many of my characters that you may see in other stories. I could say Zahn because the religious trauma element for them is one I appreciate exploring because I resonate with it. I'd like to see it in another genre & setting where it's a bit more difficult to overcome (not that it's easy in GC, but there's less societal pressure).
Character you want to be friends with: Oswin's mother, Betony. She loves fiercely and is a "real talk" sort of person, especially with friends. Also, the type of person you will laugh your ass off with until neither of you are breathing.
Character you'd avoid IRL: other than the obvious, such as the Acceptor from a certain cult, and certain villainous characters, I don't think I'd avoid anyone.
