Once again they planned to go out and there they were, finally sitting down on a nice table in front of the big window on the restaurant Jerome wanted to take her. He was always like this, always wanting to take her on dates and do cute things he saw in movies, even though Sojin kept saying he didn’t need to. He wanted to. Jerome only thinks on making her happier and happier, and the smiles she gives him whenever they’re together is the motivation he needs to keep going.
It was not a fancy restaurant (he couldn’t afford that yet), but it was really cozy and pretty, and everyone around seemed happy. Jerome liked that place and wanted Sojin to go there once with him. It didn’t take long for a waitress to come bring them the menu, his eyes went to the pastas right away, moving the menyu a little to show his girlfriend and ask which one looked better. What he didn’t notice was how that stranger was looking at him, but Sojin did, and of course the smile on her face vanished, but she didn’t say anything right away, and since he was looking at the paper in his hands he didn’t notice it right away.
“This one looks good, but I don’t want the champingnon...” He comented, finally looking up at his girlfriend and seeing her serious face and that small frown on her forehead that only appeared when something was wrong. “What’s wrong?” Jerome asked, but it was quickly replied with a ‘nothing’ and followed by a smile on her face that only he knew it was forced. Sojin then told the waitress their order and sighed in relief when she walked away. “Hey, can you tell me what’s wrong now?” Asking her once again, he now looked at her firmly, head slightly tilted while waiting for an answer.
“I just... I didn’t like the way she was looking at you.” Sojin said under her breath, causing his eyes to go wide open and he quickly looked back at the waitress that was there a few seconds ago, frowning a little in confusion and then looking back at the female in front of him. “Was she looking at me?” He asked, receiving a nod in response. He didn’t even notice that.
“You belong to me.”
The words has him going silent, eyes locked with hers, and this time he could feel how firmly she was holding his gaze. Sojin was being serious, and well, he wouldn’t lie if he said he liked that. A smile curled the corner of his lips and his hand ran across the table to hold hers, bringing it up for him to press a kiss on the back of it, and then he nodded. Of course he belongs to her. Sojin was all he ever wanted and needed, his eyes couldn’t even see anyone else.
“I belong to you. I am all yours, my princess. I love you the most in this world and I only have eyes for you. Forget everyone else, it’s just you and me. And that waitress? I didn’t even see her, when I am with you nothing else matters to me! So don’t worry about it, I will only love you. Forever.”
