Hace 5 años inicie una vida en un país en el que nunca imaginé que viviría: Argentina. Agarre mis dos maletas, mi muchacha y mi mascota y comencé un sueño increíble. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, por decir lo menos. He conocido increíbles personas en el camino a los cuales hoy estimo profundamente. Gracias a Café Registrado conocí al amor de mi vida, con el cual hoy día hemos creado no solo una vida juntos, sino nuevos planes y sueños por lo que estamos trabajando arduamente. Gracias a todas las personas que conocí en el camino, a los que se acercaron a nosotros para buscar consejos, conversar, o simplemente beber una taza de café. A todos los que se reunieron conmigo en la escuela que creé y en la cual tantas personas pasaron para formarse en la excelencia y en el conocimiento del café de especialidad. Gracias a todos los Baristas a los cuales formé y contraté durante estos 4 años. Gracias a todos los productores con los cuales establecí relaciones de compra de café. Ustedes siempre fueron mi inspiración y lo seguirán siendo donde quiera que yo esté. Hoy día se están viviendo momentos muy duros no solo en Argentina sino en todo el mundo. Hay decisiones que tomar. Un futuro incierto. Es por esto que debo comunicarles que a partir de hoy, Dylan y yo ya no formamos parte de Café Registrado. Thank you to @timatosoup for helping me to remove the hoop I originally had in and put one in that is a better fit for me. It was a pain filled process, but needed to happen sooner rather then later. It feels so much better now. #youliveandlearn

Thanks to Google maps, we found our selves taking the “scenic” route into Vermont. While the views were amazing, the twisty, windy, up and down, potthole, and bumpy “roads” were not!
