Celine's heart stopped and the news. "No," She mumbled softly and reached for the wall, trying to catch herself as her knees went weak. With a loud thump, Celine collapsed on the floor. She tried to move or breath or do anything but she couldn't. Aries was gone and so was her world. Part of her always wondered if he would make it back home to her, and now she knew the answer. Aries wasn't coming home. And that one realization destroyed her. She let out a scream and sobbed as she pounded on the floor, trying to ease her pain, but it didn't work. And deep down Celine knew that nothing was ever going to ease her pain. Her mate was gone and she was utterly alone and broken.

Celine pulled back confused. How could you be wrong about something like this? "I-" She bit her lip and looked down, unsure of what to say. Celine gasped as the weight of what Aries said sunk in. And it hurt her more than anything ever had before. It felt like her world was falling apart. "Fine," She mumbled but didn't look up at Aries. It hurt too much. Celine turned on her heel and started to walk away. She didn't want him to see her cry or how much she was hurt.
