“I dare number three to kiss me, right on the lips!” the amphibious king’s order filled the room, causing a certain mask wearer to blush.
“Aah...” she timidly murmured, making Yosuke look directly at her.
“Oh! Is that you, Anon-chan?” his voice sounded optimistic. Nodding, she flashed her stick that showed the three strokes. Getting up from his spot on the couch, he sauntered up to her and gave her a slightly worried look. “Hey, uh... are you alright with me doing this? I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
A fellow anon playing howled out, “the King’s order is absolute!” Golden eyes glared at the grey face before the lady spoke up.
“G-go ahead, Yosuke. I... trust you.” With that, she made the bottom half of her mask vanish, exposing her lips. Carefully, Yosuke leaned in, pressing his chapped lips against hers. Even though it was short, it was gentle and full of passion without lust. A gloved hand reached around her body and brought her into an embrace before lifting his face away from her mouth for their eyes to meet (hopefully her eyes were under the shads on her mask, at least).
“I love you,” he whispered soft enough so the other anons wouldn’t hear. Her heart fluttered once more.
“I... love you too, Yosuke...”
They probably would have stayed like that, but the roaring of the crowd and call for sticks broke them up. However, before moving, Yosuke mouthed a silent ‘Later’.
Anon-chan couldn’t wait for the game to be over after that...
