tox, you seem to know so much about how things work... could you tell me how Louies fans seem so different to the other boys.its great to see how the fans support louis. do you think Zstans and Liams do it to this level.
I think I agree with tox, Louies feel like louis' team isn't doing enough so they do what they feel like what his team should be doing. And it's great that they support him like that. Also to note, majority of Louis' fanbase is carried on from the band so there's that too, 1d fandom used to do projects like that all the time.
Agreed on the Zayn and Harry point too. I don't really know what Liam's fanbase is, I don't think I've ever seen his solo fans, it's so integrated with 1d in a different sense than Louis, Louies still can see him as a solo artist different from the band. I really don't know about Liam even though I've tried seeing where he is as an artist.
Yeah Liam has seemed to be struggling to find his place musically, I think. Of all of them, Zayn was and is the clearest about his musical identity.
I have mixed feelings about fan projects in general because I think listening to music is for pleasure not clout, and those projects are very definitely not for pleasure. As much as I love Zayn’s music, I try to listen to it when I want to hear it and not out of anxiety that he isn’t charting or streaming at some arbitrary level. So yeah I appreciate the enthusiasm and dedication to Louis while feeling a bit bemused by making being a fan so much work.
But that’s just me. I learned during the PT to 1B that I don’t want to make listening or watching into a project.
This is a really lovely Raspberry Pi tricorder At the moment I’m spending my evenings watching all of Star Trek in order. Yes, I have watched it before (but with some really big gaps).
Mayank Sinha’s home security project Yesterday, I received an email from someone called Mayank Sinha, showing us the Raspberry Pi home security project he’s been working on.
