Let’s talk labels for a minute. I was having a discussion via DM and a woman asked if you are spiritual then why do you post revealing photos. I had to explain to her that I don’t attach myself to any one thing and wear it in an unhealthy way. For example, if I’m vegetarian I don’t need to become that by speaking it all the time. By converting others to my lifestyle of causing a feeling of guilt if I eat something like fish. My whole life isn’t based behind one thing. I am many things and at any given time I’ll express myself with what makes me comfortable. As a health coach I take care of my body to be an example to my clients. I may post something sexy because I’m comfortable in my skin and want to show other women they should not feel shamed in any way for showing more or less just do what you feel is healthy for you. Your gaze and how you interpret the photo is none of my business. 90% of my followers understand my posts are for women empowerment but a small few will find an issue. There is no rule book to life as long as I’m not hurting others of myself. I’m allowed to be spiritual and still wear a bikini. Freeing yourself from attachment to your beliefs or outside judgement let’s you explore every side of you. Reading 📖 “The 5 levels of Attachment” for the second time but from a new perspective has given me the insight to recognize I can be and do what makes me happy. I can’t control how others interpret what I say or do. I only have control over my words and actions not how it’s taken by ever single person. I can be a mom, I can be spiritual, AND I can take a sexy photo in good taste. Stop trying to make people fit into your box or wear a label. Let others express themselves freely. Life is short don’t waste it living up to the standard that others put on you.
