Feeling pure bliss and excitement watching the first episode of Yumi’s Cells 3!! I’ve been looking forward to this season and storyline for so long and it feels like incredible timing for my own life. So curious about how she flourishes and grows through this journey and looking forward to finding out who her final lover is 💫

One of my favourite shows of all time just ended.

Yumi’s Cells has been with me as a comic since I was in high school. I think I was 15 first time I read it. Then later on the show came out and I was following it since the first episode. I anticipated every episode and season to be aired. They nailed the show. They really did. I loved every season and every episode.

So even tho I feel like crying because it’s finished, I’m also happy that I got to see it all happen and my favourite actors once again. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for both those actors and me.

Yumi’s Cells, 고마워요 from the bottom of my heart for growing up with me. It was a roller coaster of emotions but I wouldn’t change it for anything.

Love love that her hat says "I’m here" at the front and when she turns around (i.e he witnesses her buying the food and his heart eyes kinda appear) the hat says "to stay" like a perfect tiny signalling of their budding romance

Once awhile I reminisce about Yumi's cells webtoon and make myself content that Woomi (Yumi x Woong) is an alternate canon endgame had the author decide to end the story early.

But thank god the author never planned to have Yumi end up with Babi lol because oh my god I really hate the ship and used to hate him so much as I was heavily invested in the first ship that the moment they were dating, I stopped reading before continuing months after when they broke up (I know it might be overreacting but legit I was truly devastated and of course when they broke up twice, I cheer lol.)

I'm happy Shin becomes Yumi's endgame at the end of the series. He's definitely Yumi's perfect partner and I'm happy that the story continued because I appreciate seeing a story that emphasizes how this is Yumi's story foremost not her male love interests. A story of her development both in relationships, personal growth and ambition.
