I think maybe in the Yunoverse, everyone remembers the world ending in different ways. But it did all happen at once.

As a kid I liked to make drawings on MS Paint of things going on under the ground. It was fascinating to imagine what could be going on down there. Decided to draw like that again and add Yuno and Cookie Keys.

Another thing I've been thinking about recently too is plants and fruit. I imagine all plants would sort of just..exist already? But they can still grow and change with the right magical input, and multiply more like an echo into space rather than biological reproduction. Plants may also be capable of fusing with other plants, beings, objects, concepts etc., again dependant upon magic input. (should be noted here all beings in this reality have some unique level and type of magical influence)

They would still bear fruit as well. The fruit may still exist as a way for the plant to propagate itself, but in an abstract way. Perhaps consuming the fruit would have it fuse in someway with the consumer. Then their footsteps would be like seeds, growing into something entirely new. Maybe a third input would be needed to start the sprouting process, like the being that ate the fruit achieving something, meeting someone or having a sort of self realization.

Trying to talk about this without spoiling too much but the best example I already have of this is the yarn apple (pictured in the art I'll attach). Yuno and Nio are sent on a little quest to find it to use its yarn for mending the fabric of reality, but it gets tied up with Yuno's horn (and by extension, his magic) when he finds it.

Another note is that plants, while certainly containing lots of magic potential, are not the same as beings. Beings have a latent magical (transormative) influence, but plants must be interacted with in order to express their magic. They can however multiply their own existence to fill out a space on their own like i stated earlier. It's sort of like asexual vs. sexual reproduction.

I want to base a lot of my characters for this story heavily around the idea of souls merged with concepts and objects. Really embrace the creative universe of the furry fandom, and definitely post-furry in the way it goes beyond simple animal anthropomorphism and deals with subjective reality.

Anyways I'm always trying to come up with fun ideas that follow that notion. Like this morning I'm thinking of my egg basket that's shaped like a chicken. What if she could travel and her eggs, instead of being a source of food or birth (both concepts that are entirely different in this universe since there's no biological functions as we know them) were a source of something else. They could be like fortune cookies and give you some kind of wisdom when they hatch. Or maybe they can hatch into an eternal baby version of whoever raises it. Or you can eat them and they give out some kind of magical ability. Idk. The possibilities are endless! So much be done with just the concept of an egg!
